I found this blog refreshing. My opinion about harassment in the workplace and in training environments is that of ZERO TOLERANCE. I have successfully kept my workplace free of this blight by
1. Making sure that potential bullies never enter the system by careful screening and background checks
2. By promptly removing those few who manage to get through.
Without this kind of approach from management, no amount of “education” will dissuade trouble personalities from offending and victims to come forward.
